Waitlist privacy

What the waitlist keeps, and why.

This note covers the waitlist on this website only. The app itself keeps your broker key and your market data on your own computer; we never receive either.

What we store

• Your email address.
• Your broker and what you trade, if you choose to tell us.
• Your note, if you write one.
• The time you ticked the box agreeing to hear from us, and that you signed up from this page.

The service that hosts the list may keep ordinary request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for a short time for security, and a one-way hash of your IP address may be kept for up to an hour to limit repeated sign-ups. Neither is added to the list.

Why

To invite you to the private beta, to tell you when Trade Office launches, and to decide which broker adapter to build first. Nothing else.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent or share the list.
• This site runs no third-party analytics, ads or tracking pixels, and sets no cookies. It keeps two things in your own browser's storage, never sent to us: your light/dark choice, and the times you sent the form (to stop accidental repeats).

Deletion and unsubscribing

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your details deleted from the list, write to [contact email — to be added before launch] from the address you signed up with, and we will delete them.

Where it is kept

The list is kept with a hosting provider chosen before the waitlist is connected; this note will name it and its region then.

This note is a plain-language summary. A full privacy policy will be published, reviewed by counsel, before launch.
